Join us this Veterans Day for a FREE stress relief session for veterans, military, first responders and spouse/significant others.
You will experience a trauma informed iRest (Integrative Restoration) guided meditation practice, a restful sound bath, and an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) session to create a feeling of ease in the body. These trauma informed practices will teach you various ways to ease the symptoms of anxiety, PTSD, and help you achieve better sleep by changing the way the brain processes stress. Absolutely no prior experience is necessary. This practice is accessible to all, and will be done seated or lying down.
We will be mindful of how you decide to experience the session.
