About Us

Our mission as Delaware’s first float therapy center is to help create harmony, understanding, and awareness of the mind-body connection through the education and accessibility of float therapy as well as complementary tools we offer (i.e. mindfulness, yoga, and meditation). These tools positively contribute to a person’s overall health and wellness. Flotation is a natural holistic approach to wellness and we feel that it can be a major contributor to the betterment of a person as well as society. Part of the balance we look to create involves the combination of holistic medicine with western medicine. Specifically, the negative effects created through prescription medications on a person’s emotions and psyche. We hold a fundamental belief that balance and moderation will help us live a naturally healthy lifestyle.
